Drawing on my own experiences as a designer, I’ve developed a fascination for researching the environmental impact of circular design strategies in the Textile Industry ever since I left China in 2018. Mainly to try to understand what drives overproduction and overconsumption, and consequently what could be effective solutions to these problems. I’ve done this through a couple of big projects described below and hope to continue this work through many more collaborations in the future.
